I present homemade bread by “Mama Ciabatta” mini-bakery and my blog on artisan bread and cooking.
When I opened my bakery, I did not have any professional equipment. I baked all this bread in my old home oven. I did not have a proofer. I mixed the dough with an old KitchenAid mixer, so I had to make multiple batches every week. I could not afford any significant equipment upgrades during my first year in business. A slightly larger mixer was the first new piece of machinery I got to the bakery.
My experience proves that any dedicated amateur baker can make delicious and healthy bread in a domestic oven.
I will show you that many stages of the process can work in a semi-automatic mode. Naturally, each person will develop their own cooking schedule with the knowledge, inspiration, and support from my blog.
